Shipping & Returns


We may, at our discretion, use the most appropriate shipping method for your order. Additionally, please note the following very important points to consider before placing your order:

  • Orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific time will be processed the same day.
  • Orders received after 12:00 PM Friday will be processed the following Monday. Excludes holidays.
  • We CANNOT SHIP next day or 2-Day Saturday orders to PO Boxes with FedEx service. USPS Express does not guarantee delivery window.
  • Standard 2-Day (FedEx) or Standard Overnight (FedEx Service) DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY DELIVERY. At checkout additional option available with Saturday when applicable.
  • Saturday Standard 2-Day or Priority Overnight INCLUDES SATURDAY DELIVERY.

Understanding Saturday Delivery
Select shipment options include Saturday delivery as an option when it applies. Orders with Saturday delivery must be placed on Thursday (Saturday Standard 2-Day) or Friday (Priority Overnight) before 12 P.M. PST to meet the delivery guidelines.

Orders placed outside of these specific days with those options cannot be shipped with the Saturday delivery option and will use the base service features.

Orders placed with the Saturday delivery option and don't qualify for Saturday delivery, they will not be delivered faster or arrive on Sundays. Follow the instructions above to meet the necessary day restrictions for when Saturday delivery will function.

Delivery Time Frame
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund subject to certain conditions. Return shipping costs are paid by you, the buyer, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note we do not refund shipping costs on the original order shipment to you. Multiple unit orders (more than one) of the exact same item can be returned subject to the following conditions: 100% refund for the first item, and a 30% restock charge for the remaining same items. For example, an order of 5 bottles of IDENTICAL products returned to us will be refunded 100% for the first bottle and 70% for the remaining UNOPENED four bottles.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
